Our designers explore options — hand sketches, parametric algorithms, form studies. We generate multiple directions and present the strongest concepts with 3D visualisations.
Develop. Tested in our hands.
The chosen concept becomes production-ready. Material selection, physical prototypes, acoustic simulations. You see and approve everything before fabrication begins.
Fabricate. Precision in Dubai.
Every panel is manufactured in our E44 studio using CNC equipment. Recycled PET felt is cut, formed and assembled by hand. Each piece quality-checked.
Install. Surgical precision.
Our in-house team handles everything. Method statements for every geometry. Complex ceiling clouds aligned with architectural precision.
